This attractive family-oriented residence and hotel complex is wonderfully situated in the wide, green valley of Naregno which stretches as far as the sandy beach and is accessible via a short walk through the large private garden. The apartments and rooms are spread among 5 buildings which lie between 10 and 200 meters from the beach of Naregno.
The 4-star hotel offers all the services and amenities you would expect from a resort of this level. The residential complex consists of various types of accommodations, from small detached villas and apartments with sufficient outdoor space to two or three-room apartments and studios overlooking the beach or surrounded by woods - all just a short walk from the sea. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a swimming pool, child pool and playground, open air jacuzzi, tennis court and table tennis table. The coast of Naregno has a wonderful and wide sandy beach with various infrastructures and only the long and narrow Cala di Mola beach separates it from the village of Porto Azzurro. To the right of the beach, at the end of Cape Focardo, there is the homonymous fort, built in 1678. Porto Azzurro is situated on the deep inlet of the Gulf of Mola and is dominated by the Spanish fortress of S. James on one side and by Focardo Fort on the other. Here you will find an excellent marina, a lovely square on the sea (an evening meeting place), and picturesque streets where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and, in the evening, stands of handicraft articles. In the town there is a small beach. Others are located nearby. In the vicinity there is Capoliveri, an ancient town located on a hill 130 meters above sea level. Characteristic of the village are its alleys with their restaurants, bars and shops, many of them selling handcrafted articles. The square is a renowned scene of many summer concerts and offers a splendid view of the Stella Gulf and neighboring islands. There are numerous beaches nearby where you can find hotels, residences and apartments.

The residence features 145 units spread across two uniquely styled three-story chalets and one six-story building. All three buildings are equipped with elevators, ensuring easy access. The accommodations are thoughtfully integrated into the regional architectural style and range from studio apartments for 3–4 guests to spacious 4-room units that can accommodate up to 8 people.
Our apartments offer a comfortable stay with a fully equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave/grill, dishwasher) and a bathroom or shower with a toilet. The Ore Mountains are a 150 km long mountain chain at the border between Germany and the Czech Republic. It is also the basin of the Ohre (Eger) and Labe (Elbe), along with the extensive coniferous forests; a paradise for walking, cycling or mountain biking on the numerous marked trails. Nearby there are numerous sports you can practice: golf, tennis, fitness in the spa buildings of Jáchymov, swimming in Ostrov nad Ohri (10 km) in a swimming pool complex with three pools, or in the thermal baths at Karlovy Vary (20 km). There is spring water here that has a temperature of 72º C and it sprays 12 meters high. You can walk into the so-called colonnades where the Tsar Peter the Great, Goethe and Beethoven once walked. Or you can go shopping and enjoy the Bohemian crystal and porcelain with the famous "onion pattern". History and architecture go hand in hand in lovely little towns like Klášterec nad Ohrí (29 km, 19th century castle, sculpture park, porcelain museum), the medieval towns of Ostrov (10 km, renaissance baroque palace, castle park) and Kadan (36 km, square, town hall, baroque Trinity pillar, ruins of old walls and a former executioner's house). The Czech Republic is known for its fine cuisine and there is nothing better than to end the day with a tasty meal in one of the many restaurants in the surrounding area.

This nice house is situated only 10 kilometers from the town of Manacor, known for its pearl factory and numerous quality furniture stores. In the center you can go shopping and also try typical Mallorcan meal in one of the excellent restaurants. If you like hiking, you can do so in the called "Via verda", where used to pass the railway to the town of Arta. Today, it is a very charming way for cyclists and hikers.
The eastern coast of Mallorca, cca 20 min driving, is full of wonderful beaches. In Porto Cristo you will find a nice sandy beach, but also a harbor, restaurants and the famous Caves of Drach. These caves will surprise you, by their stalagmites, stalactites and underground long called Llac Mantel. Cala Millor is ideal for having a drink at night or visit the zoo safari, where especially children will enjoy. Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, Cala Romantica, S'Illot and Cales de Mallorca are just a few examples of beautiful eastern beaches of fine sand.

Muro is a village close to the sea and the beach. It offers all the services you may need during your vacation, including a petrol station, a supermarket, bars and restaurants. You will get to the northern coast in 10-15 minutes by car, and to dreamy beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, or Puerto de Alcudia, all with fine sand. The Caves in Campanet and the underground waters of the so-called Ses Fonts Ufanes are less than 30 minutes by car. The nearest golf course is in Alcanada, by the sea, but you can also go to the course in Pollensa, in the mountains. A car is needed.

After a long beach day, take a dip in this fantastic chlorine shared pool. It sizes 14 x 9 metres and its depth is between 1.4 and 1.95 metres. It includes a children pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and a 0.45 m depth.
Once in the apartment, you can enjoy the summer weather at the lovely furnished terrace which features an awning and clear city views. The 46 m2 apartment is on the 8th floor of a residential building and it counts with an elevator.. From the terrace, you get to the luminous and comfortable living-dining room where you can have a rest on the sofa while watching TV. By the sofa, you will find the dining area with a capacity for 4 people. The independent kitchen includes a ceramic hob and the basic utensils to cook during your vacation. The only bedroom is a twin bedroom and it has a wardrobe. Our guest will rest on the sofa bed.
A bathtub bathroom completes the flat. If you are traveling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. In addition, you will also find a washing machine an iron and an ironing board.At the beach; Near water
The apartment is located very near the fishing port of Gandía called Grau de Gandía and it is ideal to enjoy the whole year and revel in the Mediterranean weather. You can have a walk along our promenade, and sunbathe at the long sandy beach awarded with the blue flag and with the quality Q distinctive. You can also enjoy the freshly fished products of our coast to buy at the port.

The exteriors of this property are absolutely wonderful! There is a 4 x 11 meters pool with a children pool, a furnished porch where you can organize an afternoon snack and sun lounges to get your best summer tan. The kids will love to play freely in the 140 m2 lawn area as the finca is all fenced; there are also a BBQ and different areas where you will be able to organize a big meal with your family and friends while enjoying the views to the mountains. There is a water deposit which cannot be used as a pool. You will find space in the plot to park your car. There's also an outdoor toilet.
This property consists of a main building and a secondary house.
The main living room has a comfy sofa where you will be able to relax watching Smart TV, surfing the Internet or having a little nap. In the dining room there is a big table and chairs, so you can organize a meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with vitro, oven, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the small house you will also find a dining-living room with AC.
The main building has 4 double bedrooms: two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. In the secondary house you will find one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have AC, except one that has an AC device at the corridor, just by the door. There are 3 bathrooms in the main building (one of them with hydro massage bathtub) and 1 bathroom in the second house.
As for the small house, there is also a 25 m2 living-dining room with a sofa and two armchairs, and a table with space for six people to eat. This space also has air conditioning and a TV with chromecast.Among nature
The house is located 2.4 km away from Sencelles, an area of the middle of the island, so it’s very well-connected, tourism is not very common, and it’s settled mainly by locals. In Sencelles you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants. In only 30 minutes by car, you will reach the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Have a nice say at the beach and go for lunch to one of the restaurants with sea views, where you can try paella! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. Close by, you will find Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.
