The coast of Naregno has a wonderful and wide sandy beach with various infrastructures and only the long and narrow Cala di Mola beach separates it from the village of Porto Azzurro. To the right of the beach, at the end of Cape Focardo, there is the homonymous fort, built in 1678. Porto Azzurro is situated on the deep inlet of the Gulf of Mola and is dominated by the Spanish fortress of S. James on one side and by Focardo Fort on the other. Here you will find an excellent marina, a lovely square on the sea (an evening meeting place), and picturesque streets where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and, in the evening, stands of handicraft articles. In the town there is a small beach. Others are located nearby. In the vicinity there is Capoliveri, an ancient town located on a hill 130 meters above sea level. Characteristic of the village are its alleys with their restaurants, bars and shops, many of them selling handcrafted articles. The square is a renowned scene of many summer concerts and offers a splendid view of the Stella Gulf and neighboring islands. There are numerous beaches nearby where you can find hotels, residences and apartments.

The residence Le Hameau du Borsat is located in Tignes Val Claret, at an altitude of 2100 m, near the funicular which will take you, in just a few minutes, up to the Grande Motte glacier at an altitude of 3050 m.

The ski area
The «Espace Killy» is one of the most famous skiing areas in the world, a true paradise for all types of skiers. It links together Tignes and Val d’Isère, offering a total of 300 km of skiing, divided over 154 slopes (20 green, 67 blue, 41 red, 26 black) and served by 88 ski lifts.
Cross country skiers are also catered for, as the resort has 40 Nordic ski slopes, over a distance of 44 km.
The skiing area will also satisfy your thirst for excitement, with its 6 slalom runs, its 2 snowparks and a half pipe designed for expert snowboarders , with a big air, woops, tight bends and sharp turns.

The center of Capdepera is characterized by cobbled streets, good restaurants and a medieval flair. The Castle of Capdepera is at the beginning of the town and has marvelous views of the coast. At the same time, the coastal town of Cala Ratjada is quite close and it’s known for its rich nightlife with bars and discotheques, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and nice beaches like Cala Agulla and Son Moll. Cala Torta, a small, natural beach is only accessible by car. The golf course of Capdepera is just 2.5km.

There is satellite TV and there are cabinets. The bedroom on the ground floor has a 2-persons bed. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a 2-persons bed and one room with two 1-person beds. On the floor there is also an extra bathroom with toilet and sink.

There is a modern kitchen with a dining area and a sofa bed, a kitchen with an electric stove with 4 hot plates and oven. There is a refrigerator with a microwave. Relaxation is almost compulsory in the living room here that has a sofa and a settee, which aren't counted as a sleeping place, and satellite TV. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washbasin and a bedroom with two 1-person beds. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a 2-persons bed and one room with two 1-person beds.

The Ore Mountains are a 150 km long mountain chain at the border between Germany and the Czech Republic. It is also the basin of the Ohre (Eger) and Labe (Elbe), along with the extensive coniferous forests; a paradise for walking, cycling or mountain biking on the numerous marked trails. Nearby there are numerous sports you can practice: golf, tennis, fitness in the spa buildings of Jáchymov, swimming in Ostrov nad Ohri (10 km) in a swimming pool complex with three pools, or in the thermal baths at Karlovy Vary (20 km). There is spring water here that has a temperature of 72º C and it sprays 12 meters high. You can walk into the so-called colonnades where the Tsar Peter the Great, Goethe and Beethoven once walked. Or you can go shopping and enjoy the Bohemian crystal and porcelain with the famous "onion pattern". History and architecture go hand in hand in lovely little towns like Klášterec nad Ohrí (29 km, 19th century castle, sculpture park, porcelain museum), the medieval towns of Ostrov (10 km, renaissance baroque palace, castle park) and Kadan (36 km, square, town hall, baroque Trinity pillar, ruins of old walls and a former executioner's house). The Czech Republic is known for its fine cuisine and there is nothing better than to end the day with a tasty meal in one of the many restaurants in the surrounding area.

The kids enjoy playing on the playground or in the garden. A furnished porch with pool billiard is perfect for long family evenings or having a tasty barbecue. On the upper floor, a terrace has wonderful views overlooking the countryside and green woods. This enchanting house is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.The house offers accommodation on one floor and 250m2. At the entrance, a hall gives access to a cozy sitting room, where to watch a film on satellite TV. In the dining room, you can share laughs and talk with your loved ones. The kitchen with A/C, vitro hob, and TV (no satellite, only local channels) is well-equipped, providing all amenities needed for cooking. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (one with air conditioning) that have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a third with a single bed. If you like to be in nature, you can make a trip to the chapel of Santa Magdalena or the Monastery of Lluc. The north coast, especially Puerto de Alcúdia, is wonderful for a beach day and it is about 25 km away. Furthermore, the coast is nice for cycling routes, spending a day in the water park of Alcúdia, or just enjoying the fine-grained sand beach. The north of Alcúdia surprises with small beaches like La Victoria and Playa de Sant Joan. If you're into golf, you can practice the perfect tee-off in Alcanda.

The city of Inca provides you with everything you may need as a self caterer like restaurants and shops. Alcúdia's Bay in the north is about 30 minutes' driving by car and there you can visit dreamlike beaches as Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.

This great house boasts a cosy and lovely exterior area. It includes a beautiful chlorine pool of 9 x 4 metres that has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2.10 metres. It is surrounded in part by a great lawn area an in part by stone terrace with up to 5 sun beds where you will bask in the sun with a just squeezed OJ in the morning and maybe a flute of champagne in the evening. The great furnished porch is perfect to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of your daily life while you enjoy a good reading or some music. Here you can enjoy a delicious dinner cooked on the barbecue. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. Please also note that the property is right next to the railroad track so you will hear the trains passing by.
The house offers a spacious room with AC that unifies two living rooms, the dining room and the kitchen. One of the sitting areas offers two comfy sofas where you can relax and chat with your loved ones, while the other features one sofa and satellite TV. The strong dining table is placed between the living areas and it has capacity for 5 people. Then, behind the bar where we have the TV-set you find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas stovetop, oven, large countertops and all you need to cook as if you were at home.
The house has three bedrooms with a closet each and being two of them air-conditioned. Two of the bedrooms come with double bed, while the last one has two twin beds. A baby cot and a high chair also are available. Finally, there are two bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with a shower and en-suite. The villa is located 500 metres away from of Lloseta, a village well known for its famous cake called "Cardenal", don't miss it! The picturesque Biniamar is only 5 km distance, a little village of only 315 residents. You can also go to Inca, a town also 5 km away, ideal to go shopping, eat at a good typical restaurant called "cellers", or visit the traditional market every Thursday. You can also drive to wonderful villages like Valldemossa, Forlanutx or Sóller. The closest beach, Playa de Muro, is located 30 km up north although throughout the mountain range you can hit amazing coves like Cala Tuent or sa Calobra.

In this beautiful rustic but modern house you will enjoy the country atmosphere of the interior of Mallorca but being really close to everything. The really big impressive chlorine pool of 12 x 5 meters with a depth of 0.7 to 1.9 meters is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with several sun loungers for enjoying the sun. This part is fenced from the rest of the terrace. An ideal place for families with small children. Several tables and hammocks invite to relax close to the furnished area with sofas and old restored rockers from where to enjoy the sunset, and a rustic and original table in which to eat or dine outdoors the delicious dishes cooked in the barbecue that is to your provision. There's a ping-pong table, a basketball basket, a trampoline and a sauna for relaxing after practicing sports. The whole plot of 3400 m2 is completely fenced, and although there are some neighbors in the surroundings, you can enjoy your privacy.
The whole house is distributed on one floor. From the magnificent porch you access directly to the interior of the house that unites in the same space living room and kitchen. The current rustic style continues in the interior, in a space with wooden beams and stone walls. This area has satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection and air conditioning. It has a dining table for six people that is located next to the kitchen area, which has ceramic hob and is equipped with everything you need for preparing excellent meals for your loved ones. It also has a table with four chairs to have breakfast comfortably. You will sleep in three bedrooms, all on the same level. Two have a double bed and the third has a single bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and all with wardrobes or dressing room. You will find two bathrooms with shower to serve the whole house. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. For the youngest ones we can provide a baby cot and a children highchair on request.
Montuiri is a small town in the center of Mallorca that is close to all points of the island. You can find medieval vestiges and great landscapes where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. In the village which is 2 kms away you can find the basic services as well as some shops and restaurants. The nearest beach is sa Rápita at 30 kms.
