Beside this swimming pool, there is a chill-out area and a porch, where you can prepare tasty barbecues with your loved ones.The property is divided into two floors and the common areas are big and lifted up. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable dining room with a satellite TV and air conditioning, and the gas-open kitchen disposes of all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay. You will also find a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and a bathroom en suite with a bath and a shower. and a second bathroom with a shower too for common use. At the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one of them with a wardrobe and both with a double bed, a bathroom en suite with a bath and direct access to a wonderful furnished porch, where you can relax and enjoy de amazing views to the forest and the mountains, or sit at the terrace having a drink. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. There are a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. Porto Cristo is a very nice area and has easy access to lovely coves like Cales de Mallorca. Estany den Mas or Cala Mandia. We recommend a visit to Cuevas dels Hams, and for the adventurous ones, a trip in a boat to Llevant area.
Porto Cristo is also known for its wide tourist range offer, you can rent bikes, have fun during its lively nights, and taste typical Majorcan foods.

Not only can you take a refreshing dip in the private pool but you can also admire the sea views and the nature that surrounds this magnificent estate. The pool is chlorinated and measures 11 x 8m with a depth of 0.5 to 1.9m. Next to it, there are several sun loungers to sunbathe or to protect yourself from the sun under an umbrella, as well as several tables where you can enjoy the good weather while having a midday vermouth in this incredible and special environment. Another table next to the house and under the awning is ideal for magnificent evenings with the family. The property is fenced and the maintenance staff lives in the house next door.
The house is a 16th-century house which has been restored. It has 250 m2 divided into two floors that conserve incredible rustic details such as the wooden beams and the stone façade. From the outside terrace, we enter the original kitchen that will transport you to times gone by with its stone sink, the original tiles, and also the pantry. It also has a gas cooker and a small table with chairs where you can prepare breakfast, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. From here we enter a formal dining room with well-preserved rustic furniture and space for 6 people.
From the dining room, we access the patio or distributor from which we can enter the other part of the house where the spacious and bright living room is. Like the rest of the house, it has incredible details and antique furniture, with comfortable sofas and armchairs in which to rest and disconnect, and it has a fireplace to keep you warm on the coldest days.
From the living room, we go upstairs where you will find a small sitting room where you can watch TV, with access to another terrace and access to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a double bed. All have wardrobes and a fan for the warmer nights. The house has another bathroom with a bathtub to service the rest of the house. The house is located in the municipality of Esporles and is ideal for walks and excursions to visit other beautiful nearby villages and places such as Puigpunynet, Puig de Galtazo, and Establiments. The nearest beach is Palma, only 18 km away, and if you like golf, the nearest golf course is 15 km away. In the charming village, you will find the basic services for an independent stay.

A beautiful interior patio, with an outdoor dining table and also a well, invites to relax and to enjoy of lunches and dinners under the arbor. From here you can go upstairs to the upper terrace, in which you can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or, simply, contemplate the precious starry sky of the island. The rest of this upper floors is closed. The house is within the pedestrian zone of the village and there are neighbours.
The house has only a floor. From the patio, you only gain access to the living-dining room that has a sofa and an armchair to watch TV or even read a book, as well as a dining table for 4 dinner guests. Immediately after, you have access to the kitchen-dining room that also has an exit to the patio. It is independent and is equipped with ceramic cooktop, oven and a table with chairs for your breakfasts. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. In order to gain entry to the bedrooms, with double bed and wardrobe, you can do so through a beautiful entrance hall. The beauty of this villa is in the high level pool because it makes our guests to be delighted with the spectacular landscape while swimming or sunbathing on one of the 6 sun loungers. This is a salted pool sizing 8 x 3 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.1 metres. The shower outdoors is perfect to wash the sand off before a delicious barbecue under the thatched roof terrace or a dinner admiring the sunset. And, the best of it all is that privacy is total!
You can enter the house from the terrace, and you will find the sitting-dining room, with a clear Mallorcan style that you can note in the special ceiling, where you can rest on the sofa and watch satellite TV, or enjoy your meals here cooling with the AC while it is hot outside. From here you access the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob, a table with chairs, AC and a little hall. The laundry room is independent, and it offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a shower bathroom with a bidet for the whole accommodation, as well as three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Another has two twin beds and the last one has a bunk bed. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and high chair are also available.Among nature
The lively and beautiful city of Manacor, located about 5 km away, has everything you need for an independent vacation. You will find supermarkets, bars, shops and much more but, above all, a wonderful coastal area that you can visit by car and where you will find dreamy beaches and coves. The nearest one, about 16 km away, is S'Illot, but there are many others like Cales de Mallorca, Cala Marsal, Cala Mendia or Cala Millor. In addition, a visit to the caves -Cuevas del Drach in Portocristo or Cuevas dels Hams- also is a must.
