The private garden is a haven for children to play, while the covered terrace, furnished with luxurious sunbeds and garden furniture, is the perfect spot for you to relax. The stylish living room invites you to unwind by the fireplace while watching international channels on the TV. The open kitchen is a chef's delight, boasting a designer cooking island and high-end built-in appliances, including a hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.

For your comfort, the ground floor features a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, and double sink. Upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms. One of these has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, and double sink, while the other two bedrooms share a third bathroom with a shower and double sink. A separate second toilet is also available.
